Members must agree to and follow all of these rules.

The member must pick up the tickets and attend the event. They may take anyone as their guests and can change the guest for each event they attend.

Members are NOT allowed to sell tickets.

Members must pickup tickets at the designated times listed on the event (not before or after).

Members must only reserve the number of tickets they will be using. Failure to use all of the tickets reserved will result in a warning. We are asking the producers/box offices to reserve seats for you and NO SHOWS are not acceptable. We do not want to be penalized by the venue for our members not showing up to a reserved event.

Members may only reserve Multiple events per day but be aware of travel time to another property. Make sure you have enough time to attend two events in the same day.

Tickets are first come first serve.

Members must log in to the website to locate and reserve tickets.

All memberships are Non-Transferable. Most box offices require the member to show a valid I.D

Members should contact Vegas Comps directly with any questions and NEVER contact the show or venue directly.

Once you reserve tickets for a show or event, you will receive an email with all the details. Please read them and follow all pick up times.

Members only need to bring their ID to the Will Call in order to pick up tickets. Some properties are now emailing or texting the members directly with their tickets. The instructions will be written in your confirmation email.

Please be discreet when picking up tickets at the venue. Someone in line behind you or at the next table over may be paying full price.

Members may not hold Vegas Comps or the venue responsible for any last minute cancellations.

Vegas Comps will not be held financially responsible for any of its members' actions or the actions of any venues.

Any member who does not attend a show they reserved and placed on the NO SHOW list may be subject to a 10.00 per person FEE. (Member will have account frozen and will not be allowed back on until the fine is paid.)

Venues are becoming very strict on NO SHOWS and Vegas Comps cannot be penalized or having comping privileges taken away due to NO SHOWS. Vegas Comps has a 3-strike rule. Any member that misses three shows that they have reserved their membership is cancelled.

By joining Vegas Comps you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

By attending Shows/Events, you and your guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Vegas Comps, the venue, or any of their employees or representatives liable for any illness or injury.

Members are to be courteous to hotel and/or venue staff at all times. Rude and intoxicated behavior is not tolerated. (That includes having the box office staff call Security to have a member removed from the property)

Vegas Comps reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member who does not follow the rules and/or terms and conditions.
